Ladies Styling, one of the most popular classes for ladies around the globe, is the best way for ladies to express themselves in Salsa! When you are in charge of your styling and rhythm, you will be able to enjoy Salsa even more! However,  it has also been a nightmare for both leaders and followers. Often ladies over style and do not realize that Salsa is a partner's dance which requires connection. Connection can be magical if both leader and follower are on the same page.  Music more than anything should bring the best out of any dancer. We often call this musicality. When you know the music well, you can anticipate every move according to the sound of the music.

The Lady Styling Lessons are tailored-especially for women. Personal styling should reflect who you are and can also be inspired by other dances such as Hip Hop, Flamenco, Belly Dance and many more.  Griselle will be focusing on every aspect of ladies styling starting with  understanding and connecting to the music, technique, posture and balance, body isolations, hip motions, head whips, hand and arm coordination, shoulder shimmies and rolls. Footwork combinations better known as shines, sexy combos, combos with attitude, getting down combos or freestyle and much more....

Remember: You must know the fundamental techniques to partner work before you use any ladies styling while partnering.  Believe it or not ladies styling can be dangerous for both leaders and followers if done incorrectly.  First, understand the leader's signal, follow through while maintaining your basic and timing, then find your space for styling.  Ladies styling on the wrong timing may result in injury. Many men have gotten elbowed in the face, as well as, some ladies have done major damage to their shoulder or arms from not being alert due to over styling.
